“全员导师制”下的人才培养模式探索与研究--以高职旅游管理专业为例

摘要

以旅游管理专业为例探讨高职“全员导师制”人才培养模式的基本内涵、实施方案和启发，它是分阶段，以导师的“三导”为引导功能，以“五个一”为培养任务，以高素质技能型人才为培养目标，以就业为导向的人才培养模式。%In this paper,taking the Tourism Management for example,discussing the basic meaning of implementation and inspiration of the training mode which is under the Higher Vocational Tourism Management.It is phased to tutor“three leadings”as the guiding function, with“five ones”as the training mission,with high-quality skilled persons as the training objective,with employment-oriented goal as the training mode.
