“跨境电商”背景下独立学院国际贸易专业人才培养研究

摘要

In the "cross-border" background, in order to comply with the national policy oriented, must change the development mode of foreign trade, foreign trade enterprises to enhance competition ability, foster cross-border e-commerce talents. And the Independent College of the existing China World Trade Center professional should offer cross-border e-commerce direction, this not only conforms to the foreign trade development trend and market demand, more conducive to the overall development the integration of existing resources and professional education of independent colleges. Based on this, from the demand point of cross-border electricity supplier personnel, required for cross-border e-commerce professional occupation skill is decomposed and refined by SWOT on cross-border e-commerce talents of international trade major in independent colleges analysis, explore the rapid development of the new training mode of the international situation trade talents of cross-border electricity supplier.%在“跨境电商”背景下，为了顺应国家政策导向，必须转变外贸发展方式、增强外贸企业竞争能力、培养跨境电子商务人才。而独立学院现有国贸专业应该开设跨境电子商务方向，这既符合外贸发展趋势和人才市场需求状况，更有利于整合现有专业办学资源和独立学院的整体发展。基于此，从跨境电商人才需求的角度，对跨境电子商务专业人才所需的职业技能进行了分解和细化，通过对独立学院国际贸易专业培养跨境电子商务人才的SWOT分析，探索跨境电商快速发展形势下的国际贸易专业复合型人才培养新模式。
