对因隧道工程施工引发的附近地面塌陷、地面沉降变形等地质灾害,造成当地房屋开裂的现象进行了全面的安全性检测和可靠性鉴定工作.为了使遭受损失和性能退化的结构依然具有安全性、使用性和耐久性,从而保证结构的正常使用功能；同时,针对结构构件的具体特点,对房屋加固修复采用了增大截面加固法、外包钢加固法和粘贴碳纤维加固法等合理加固方法.本工程加固施工取得了良好的效果,可为同类工程提供参考.%In this paper,the phenomenons of ground subsidence and settlement deformation,which caused by tunnel construction nearby are presented.As a result,housing cracking is occurred.At the same time,the works of safety detection and reliability appraisal are carried out.Furthermore,in order to ensure the normal function of structure,reasonable methods of reinforcement housings,such as reinforcement method of enlarging section,exterior steel clad reinforcement and reinforcement with carbon fiber adhesion are proposed.The project of reinforcement construction has good results,it can provide a reference for similar engineerings.
