The Buddhist Theories Posed by Twelve Buddhist Masters on the Shuangfeng Mountain is a short text recorded between The History of Zen and Zen Masters and The Dhyana Methods of Seng Chou on P. 3559/P. 3664. It contains eight lines, totaling 175 words. This paper corrects and records the texts, identifies its affiliations, and interprets the texts.%《先德集于双峰山塔各谈玄理十二》是敦煌写卷P.3559/P.3664上所抄写的一份较为简短的文献，它位于《传法宝纪并序》之后、《稠禅师意》之前，全文共8行，有效字数总计175字。本文在文献录校的基础上，对它的归属进行了判释，对它的内容进行了解读。
