坚持敦煌莫高窟文物管理体制不动摇

摘要

面对旅游开放热给遗产地带来的挑战，敦煌研究院的探索和实践之所以成功，一个重要的因素就在于莫高窟的管理体制始终未变：有一个依法设立的保管机构；能够履行法律赋予的职责和义务；能够制订并实施长远的发展规划不动摇；能够聚集协调国内外多学科专家为文物保护和旅游开放的提升、进步作出贡献。%The Dunhuang Academy has been successful in confronting challenges caused by opening cultural heritage sites to tourists mainly because its cultural heritage system has remained unchanged. This ensures that there is always a legally established administrative institution able to fulfill the responsibilities and duties imposed by law, to establish and implement a long-term development plan, and to gather domestic and international experts in different fields to promote and improve cultural heritage conservation and tourism.
