2009~2011年某社区卫生服务中心中草药使用分析

摘要

目的：分析某社区卫生服务中心中草药使用情况和用药趋势.方法：收集某社区卫生服务中心2009~2011年中草药使用数据,按照用药金额及构成比、中草药的用药金额、用药数量、DDDs排序进行统计分析.结果：中草药销售金额和销售数量均每年增加,2010、2011年销售金额的增长率分别为52.33%和64.09%.年用量排序前15位的中草药品种基本相同,补益药用量最多.结论：某社区卫生服务中心中草药的用药数量及销售金额逐年增加,用药结构稳定,中草药在社区用药中占有一定的比例.%　　Objective: To investigate the feature and tendency of the utilization of Chinese tradition drug in A Community Health Center. Methods: The Data of Chinese tradition drug used in a Community Health Center during 2009~2011 were collected for analysis of annual consumption, consumption sum and DDDs etc. Results:The total amount of annual sales of Chinese tradition drug was increased from 2009 to 2011 in the Community Health Center, and the growth rates are 52.33% in 2010 and 64.09% in 2011. The amount of sorting in the top 15 types of Chinese tradition drug is basically the same, mostly are medicinal tonic. Conclusion:The utilization structure of Chinese tradition drug in the Community Health Center was stable and rational on the whole. The usage of Chinese tradition drug is rising;Chinese tradition drug plays an active role in the community.
