热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道病毒感染的临床疗效研究

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Reduning Injection in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection of children. Methods: 86 children with acute viral upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental group was given intravenous Reduning injection and the control group was given intravenous ribavirin injection.Treatment last for 3 days. Results:There was no significant difference between the two arms in clinical total effective rate (95.2%, 90.0%, P=0.4268). Reduninginjection was statistically significanteffective in controlling fever comparing to the control arm (95.3%, 80.0%, P=0.0310). Conclusion: Reduninginjection had better curative effectin the treatment of childrenacute upper respiratory tract infection than ribavirin injection with good safety profile.%目的：评价热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法：86例急性上呼吸道病毒感染儿童患者随机分为2组，试验组给予热毒宁注射液治疗，静脉滴注；对照组给予利巴韦林注射液治疗，静脉滴注。3天为1个疗程。结果：治疗3天后临床疗效总有效率试验组与对照组差异无统计学意义(95.2%，90.0%，P=0.4268)差异无统计学意义；试验组体温疗效总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(95.3%，80.0%，P=0.0310)；未见明显的毒副作用和不良反应症状。结论：用药3天后热毒宁注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的体温疗效优于利巴韦林注射液，并且安全性良好。
