老年脑血栓患者应用依那普利联合丹参川芎嗪治疗的疗效及护理

摘要

Objective: To study and analyze with enalapril combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine in the treatment of senile cerebral thrombosis in patients with clinical effect and nursing measures.Methods: From February 2014 to February 2016, 80 cases of elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Observation group was treated by enalapril combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine and nursing care, the control group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine therapy and routine nursing care, curative effect, adverse reaction and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results: The effective rate of observation group (97.5%) was significantly better than the control group (72.5%,P0.05); observation group nursing satisfaction (97.5%) was better than the control group (75%, P0.05)；观察组患者的护理满意度97.5%优于对照组患者的护理满意度75%(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：老年脑血栓患者应用依那普利联合丹参川芎嗪治疗的疗效显著，同时给予优质护理，不仅提高治疗效果，而且改善护理满意度，值得临床推广和应用。
