目的：观察氨氯地平与氯沙坦在老年2型糖尿病合并单纯收缩期高血压治疗中的应用效果。方法：选择2013年6月至2015年12月期间在抚州市第一人民医院接受治疗的老年2型糖尿病合并单纯收缩期高血压患者60例作为研究对象，随机划入观察组和对照组，观察组30例，对照组30例，分别接受氨氯地平与氯沙坦联用和氯沙坦单用治疗，比较两组患者的空腹血糖、血尿酸、血肌酐、血尿素氮4项血液理化指标。结果：观察组患者空腹血糖水平(6.5±1.2)mmol/L，血尿酸水平(265.2±37.6)mmol/L，血肌酐水平(96.6±9.1)mmol/L，血尿素氮水平(5.5±1.2)mmol/L；对照组患者空腹血糖水平(7.1±1.1)mmol/L，血尿酸水平(288.5±34.5)mmol/L，血肌酐水平(85.7±8.9)mmol/L，血尿素氮水平(6.4±1.7)mmol/L；组间差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：氨氯地平与氯沙坦联用在老年2型糖尿病合并单纯收缩期高血压治疗中的应用效果显著，值得临床应用和推广。%Objective: To observe the effect of amlodipine and losartan in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with simple systolic hypertension.Methods: 60 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with simple systolic hypertension during June 2013 to December 2015 in Fuzhou first people's hospital accepted treatment were randomly assigned to observation group and control group. The observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) were treated with amlodipine combined with chlorine Sha Tan and chlorine Sha Tan alone, respectively, and then the fasting blood glucose, blood uric acid, blood creatinine, blood urea nitrogen 4 blood physical chemical indicators were compared.Results: Fasting blood glucose levels in observed group patients are 6.5±1.2mmol/L; blood uric acid level 265.2±37.6mmol/L;serum creatinine level 96.6±9.1mmol/L; blood urea level nitrogen 5.5±1.2mmol/l; fasting blood glucose levels in the control group are 7.1±1.1 mmol/L; serum uric acid level 288.5±34.5mmol/L and muscle blood anhydride levels 85.7±8.9mmol/L; blood urea nitrogen levels 6.4±1.7mmol/L;thus, there are significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of amlodipine and losartan in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with simple systolic hypertension has a significant effect,thus, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
