Objective: To investigate the dehumidification of Weiling decoction on obesity and dampness type of eczema and its effect on immunological mechanism. Methods: Mice were fed with high-fat diet combined with dinitro chlorobenzene to establish obesity and dampness type of eczema mouse model. the mice ear thickness, ear weight, IFN - gamma and IL-4 levels by enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA) double antibody sandwich method (ELISA) was measured in control group, model group, positive medicine group and dehumidifying stomach Poria decoction in the intervention group before and after the treatment.Results: After the intervention, ear weight were significantly increased in model group(P<0.01); dehumidification Weiling decoction group showed lower ear thickness, ear weight (P<0.05); the serum level of IFN gamma were significantly lower, and IL-4 level was significantly higher (P<0.01) compared with the control group, and that are significantly reversed by dehumidification Weiling decoction group (P< 0.05);Conclusion: Chushi Weiling decoction showed effectiveness in the treatment of obesity wet turbidity type mice with eczema, possible through the up-regulation of IFN -gamma and down-regulation of IL-4.%目的:探讨除湿胃苓汤干预肥胖湿浊型湿疹的效果和其对免疫学机制的影响。方法:采用喂食高脂饲料联合二硝基氯苯方法建立肥胖湿浊型湿疹小鼠模型,测量空白组、模型组、阳性药组和除湿胃苓汤组干预前后各组小鼠的耳厚度和耳重量,同时经腹主动脉取血采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)测定外周血清中IFN-γ和IL-4的水平。结果:干预后,与空白组比较,模型组耳厚度和耳重量均极显著性升高(P<0.01);除湿胃苓汤组耳厚度和耳重量明显低于模型组(P<0.05);与空白组比较,模型组血清IFN-γ水平明显降低,IL-4水平明显升高(P<0.01);除湿胃苓汤组血清IFN-γ水平明显高于模型组,IL-4水平低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:除湿胃苓汤治疗肥胖湿浊型湿疹小鼠疗效显著,可能机制与上调IFN-γ和下调IL-4水平有关。
