运用PDCA循环原理持续改进药品不良反应监测与成效

摘要

Objective: To mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of medical staff in adverse drug reaction (ADR) monitoring and reporting work, make the ADR monitoring work continuously improve in both quantity and quality.Methods: Analyze the ADR submitted cases of our hospital from 2012 to 2014, and improve the ADR monitoring work in our hospital continuously by the medical quality management method of PDCA cycle.Results:Within 3 years, 328 cases of ADR were reported in our hospital, both quantity and quality of ADR monitoring work showed an increasing trend year by year, and the medical staff preliminarily set up the medication safety and ADR report consciousness.Conclusion: PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the ADR monitoring work of the hospital, find the ADR in time, and ensure the medication safety of the patients.%目的：调动医务人员对药品不良反应(ADR)监测报告工作的积极性和主动性，使ADR监测工作从数量和质量两个方面得以持续改进。方法：统计分析我院2012～2014年ADR报送情况，运用PDCA循环的医疗质量管理方法，对我院ADR监测工作进行持续改进。结果：3年来，我院共上报ADR 328例次，ADR报告的数量和质量均呈现逐年提高趋势，医务人员初步树立了用药安全及报告意识。结论：通过PDCA循环管理可以有效地改进医院ADR监测工作，及时发现药品不良反应，保障患者用药安全。
