专业社会工作介入残疾人就业个案研究

摘要

The employment issue is a key link of establishing rights security system for the disabled. In the context of the country and the society attach great importance to the cause of the disabled and 12th Five-Year Plan Development Outline for the Chinese Disabled will be implemented, using professional social work methods to solve the problem of employment for the disabled with innovative significance in theory and practice. The paper used the perspective and methods of social work, emphasized on improving internal ability and external social resources of the persons concerned. It introduced the whole process from receiving to assessment to giving evaluation, in order to provide certain method and reference to solve the employment problems of the disabled.%　　残疾人就业问题是建立残疾人社会保障体系与和谐社会的关键一环。在国家和社会高度重视残疾人事业以及《中国残疾人事业“十二五”发展纲要》开始实施的背景下，运用专业社会工作的方法介入残疾人就业问题的解决具有理念和实践上的创新意义。本研究运用社会工作的视角和方法，以增强案主的内在素质和外在社会资源为中心，通过个案报告具体表现从接案到评估的社会工作具体介入过程，力图为解决残疾人就业问题提供一定的方法借鉴。
