PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which prevents privacy information of disabled persons from being leaked to the outside and increases employment opportunities of disabled persons by performing awareness training and upskilling of the disabled persons in the form corresponding to an employing company side.;SOLUTION: Jobs for disabled persons in a company are divided into work element units in accordance with disabled contents, each work element is divided and consolidated in each different function, disabled persons workable in any of work elements are stored in a storing means, jobs for disabled persons are divided into work element units, and the respective work elements are divided into each different function as they are when job offers from the company are for the jobs divided into the work elements stored in the storing means, and in accordance with disabled contents of the disabled persons when the job offers are for jobs that are not stored, and disabled persons meeting with job offer contents from the company and disabled persons workable in any work element divided by executing training are selected while retrieving the disabled persons on the basis of consolidated results and displayed with a message that urges the disabled persons who can work through training execution to execute training.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
