基于一种新阈值函数的小波阈值去噪方法研究

     

摘要

在分析了D.L.Donoho提出的硬阈值、软阈值小波去噪算法存在问题的基础上,构造了一个新阈值函数.新阈值函数的小波阈值去噪方法克服了硬阈值函数不连续的缺点,解决了软阈值函数中存在恒定偏差的问题.仿真实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地去除白噪声干扰,在信噪比和均方误差等方面均优于常用的软、硬阈值及改进的软硬阈值折中算法,去噪后的信号与原始信号的近似性也较好,充分体现出小波阈值去噪方法的优越性.%  Based on the study of the disadvantages of the traditional threshold function-the hard threshold function and the soft threshold function, which is proposed by D.L.Dohono, we propose a new threshold function. It overcame the shortcoming of the hard threshold with discontinuous function and solved the problem of the permanent bias in soft threshold function. Simulation result indicates that the new threshold function is effective in removing white noise, gives better Mean Square Error (MSE) performance and Signal-Noise-Ratio (SNR) than the soft or hard threshold methods and the trade-off threshold method. Besides, the denoised signals using the new function also follow the original signal very closely;this ful y embodies the advantage of the wavelet threshold denoising method.
