数字教育的迭代型研究方法论与超文本型知识创新组织的理论探索

         

摘要

在面对信息社会中教育所面临的危机时,很多学者认为教师发展是教育系统改革的关键。而为了适应时代的持续剧烈变化,教师发展必须得到大学的持续支援。作为现代社会的轴心机构的大学,是教育现场和地域的革新的中枢,对于如何保持这种中枢机能,社会建构主义学习理论流派学者们的观点,值得我们深思。他们认为,人的发展必须通过持续的社会性对话来完成。通过分析信息社会中教育面临的危机和知识社会中知识再生产的动力机制,笔者提出数字教育的迭代型研究方法论和支持这一方法论的超文本型的教师发展共同体组织结构,希望通过抛砖引玉,与同行协商探讨。%When facing the crisis of education in the information society,many scholars believe the development of teachers is the key to the reform of the education system.In order to adapt to the continuous changes in the times, the development of teachers must get continuous support from university.As the center of the modern society,the university is the center of the reform of educational field and region.For how to maintain this central function,opinions from scholars of social constructivist learning theoretical school are worth our thinking.They believe that human development must be accomplished through a continuous social dialogue.Through the analysis of the crisis that education is facing in the information society and of the dynamic mechanism of knowledge reproduction in knowledge society,the author puts forward iteration research methodology of digital education and the hypertext teacher development community organization supporting this methodology,hoping to make a negotiation and discussion by throwing away a brick in order to get a gem.
