“国培计划”中教师教学设计能力培训问题的分析与建议--基于“国培计划”课程标准(试行)的相关统计

         

摘要

"National Training Plan" has become an important way of teachers’ education, and instructional design has become an important part of "National Training Plan" Curriculum Standards (Trial) of different subjects.Summed up the situation of teachers’ teaching design ability training in "National Training Plan" Curriculum Standards,we may find that:1."National Training Plan"not only pay attention to the improvement of teaching design technique,but the training of teaching design ideas;2.To the teaching design technology for teachers of different phases,the requirements of course training standards of the same discipline are basically the same;3.Different types of teachers’ teaching design ability training focused on different parts,etc.Facing the reality, teachers’ teaching design ability training in "National Training Plan" need to:1.Do research and analysis before training;2.Understand the characteristics and needs of training object;3.Build a diversified team and carry out collaborative training;4.Improve teachers’ practical abilities of teaching design with the orientation of teaching problems;5.Carry out informatizational teaching design ability training according to the teaching characteristics of different disciplines.%“国培计划”已经成为教师教育的重要方式,教学设计则成为不同学科“国培计划”课程标准(试行)中的重要部分。总结“国培计划”课程标准中教师教学设计能力培训的情况,可以发现:“国培计划”不仅关注教学设计技术的提高,同时也重视教学设计理念的培养,相同学科的课程培训标准对不同学段教师的教学设计技术的要求基本一致,不同类型课程教师的教学设计能力培训各有侧重等特点。面向现实需要,“国培计划”中的教师教学设计能力培训需要做好培训前的调研分析,了解培训对象的特征与需求;构建多元化队伍,开展协同培训;以教学问题为导向,提高教师教学设计的实践能力;根据不同学科的教学特点,开展信息化教学设计能力培训。
