基于OLAP的食品安全风险分析研究

摘要

Experts should take into account all aspects of the food safety risk analysis on the issue of food safety risks. The tradi⁃tional methods of analysis can not reach the requirements of the expert analysis of the food risk multidimensional data. This paper proceeds from the actual needs to build multidimensional data model, research the OLAP architecture and its implementation pro⁃cess of decision analysis, and application of OLAP decision-making in food safety risk analysis examples. The practical application of OLAP technology to analyze food safety risk data experts can help to make a reasonable and correct decisions.%　　在食品安全风险分析时，专家对食品安全风险问题做出决策需要考虑到食品风险的各个方面，传统的分析方法达不到专家对食品风险多维数据的分析要求。该文从实际需求出发，构建多维数据模型，研究了OLAP的体系结构及其实现决策分析的过程，并以实例说明OLAP在食品安全风险分析决策中的应用。实际应用表明，采用OLAP技术分析食品安全风险数据能帮助专家做出合理而且正确的决策。
