“无纸化”教学模式下创新型人才培养的研究与实践

摘要

Aiming at the Hefei University orientation, and combining with innovative engineering professional certification and personnel training requirements, this paper reforms and innovates the teaching mode on programming course. According to its curriculum characteristics of practically and the actual society needs of innovative talents, we researched the assessment form, the theory of teaching, and practice teaching, and so on. A"paperless"teaching mode involved the entire teaching process. The new teaching mode cultivated the students’ability of gaining knowledge and self-learning,and it improved the students’com-prehensive quality about the theoretical knowledge application ability. Finally, this paper analyzed and summarized the teaching experience and Teaching effectiveness.%针对合肥学院办学定位，结合工程专业认证和创新型人才培养要求，对程序设计课程进行教学模式的改革创新，根据其实践性强的课程特点以及社会对创新型人才智力结构的实际需求，从课程体系建设出发，就考核形式、理论教学、实践教学等进行了探索，尝试教学全过程实现“无纸化”教学，用“知识-能力-素质”的科学方法来培养学生获取知识和自主学习的能力，提高学生理论应用的综合素质，对教学实践经验和最终效果进行系统的分析总结。
