机器视觉系统中的光源控制器的设计与研究

摘要

This paper presents a based on PID algorithm to control the LED light source controller, described the overall design scheme of the light source controller, the main hardware circuit design and software flow chart of the system and PID algorithm in debug mode. This design mainly realizes the man-machine interface of the multi page switching function, the PID algorithm con⁃trol, AD acquisition program design and the corresponding hardware circuit structures, realizing manual adjustment and automatic adjustment of the integration of the light source controller system.%该文提出了一种基于PID算法控制的LED光源控制器，叙述了光源控制器的总体设计方案、其主要的硬件电路设计、软件系统流程图以及PID算法的调试方式。该设计主要实现了人机界面的多页面切换功能、PID算法的控制、AD采集等程序设计及其对应的硬件电路的搭建，实现手动调节与自动调节一体化的光源控制器系统。
