汽车外覆盖件冲压表面缺陷的产生原因及预防措施

汽车外覆盖件在冲压生产过程中经常出现的表面缺陷有:表面星目、局部变薄、拉裂、表面凹坑和局部起皱等.介绍了汽车外覆盖件在冲压生产过程中因压力参数调整不当、原材料及模具异常等造成表面缺陷的原因,论述了通过调整具体的压力参数及改变生产条件等预防汽车外覆盖件产生冲压表面缺陷的措施.%Surface defects in the autobody outside covering that often appear in stamping production process include surface phacidiales, local thin, pull cracks, concave pit, local wrinkle and so on. It was explained that how could improper pressure parameter adjust-ment, raw material abnormal and mould abnormal leaded to surface defects. It was dis-cussed that readjusting the specific pressure parameters and changing production condition can prevent the defects in the autobody outside covering stamping process.
