弯嘴注塑模设计

         

摘要

分析了塑料弯嘴的结构及其模具设计的关键,设计了主要由斜导槽块、传动销、摆杆、支座和弹簧等组成的圆弧抽芯机构,链传动自动脱螺纹机构,推管推出机构等主要部分组成的8型腔双分型面注塑模具成型.介绍了新颖的注塑模具圆弧抽芯机构和链传动自动脱螺纹机构的结构组成、设计方法和模具的工作原理.设计的模具结构新颖合理,降低了制造成本.%The structure and the key to the mould design of the plastic curved spout were analyzed. The injection mould with eight cavities and two-parting-surfaces which was made up of arc core-pulling mechanism including inclined channel chunk, drive pin, swing-rod, stent and spring, automatic stripping thread mechanism with chain drive and the push tube launching mechanism were designed. The structure, design method of the novel arc core-pulling mechanism and automatic stripping thread mechanism with chain drive and the operationprinciple of the mould were introduced. The designed mould has novel and reasonable structures, and it reduces the manufacture cost.
