转盘旋转式双色注塑模结构设计

介绍了转盘旋转式双色注塑模具的结构设计和实现,阐述了双色注塑产品的特殊结构设计、双色模的原理和结构要点,最终采用旋转式固定转盘式设计,实现了在一台双色注塑机上实现产品的双色注塑,同时采用特制的双色机螺杆实现了二次注塑的料量控制,实现了批量生产.%Regarding the design and implementation of rotating double-color injection mould,the unique design of double-color product,principles and structural points of doublecolor mould were introduced.Base on the normal double-color injection mould,one special injection mould was developed with rotating plate to produce the double-color part in one machine.Special screw in double-color injection machine was used to achieve material control of the second injection.It is applicable for mass production.
