冰箱门外壳成形工艺与模具设计

摘要

根据门外壳的精度及外观要求，进行相应的工艺分析，在保证质量且提高生产效率的前提下，制定出了一套较合理的冲压工艺方案。主要介绍了一种带有斜锲成形的冲压模具结构，并对模具结构的设计要点和优点进行了介绍。%According to the accuracy and appearance of the door shell, the punching process project is discussed, and a more feasible stamping process project is decided on the basis of quality assurance and improved efficiency. The paper mainly introduces the stamping die structure with a side slider forming and the design features and benefits of the mould structure.
