青铜结合剂金刚石砂轮胎体性能评价的研究(1)——胎体金相分析

             

摘要

Several groups of bronze-bonded matrix samples were designed and sintered in different process conditions. The phase composition and microstructure of the samples were analyzed using X-ray diffraction analysis, backscattered electron imaging technology and X-ray energy spectrum analysis. With the above test results, the morphology properties of different metallographic figures were figured out, and corresponding micro hardness was tested. At last, the sintering mechanism was analyzed.%设计制备了一定规格的青铜胎块试样,在不同工艺条件下进行压制烧结.利用X射线衍射分析技术、背散射电子图像技术、X射线能谱分析技术对试样的微观组织结构进行了测试和分析;结合分析结果,对金相图谱中具有各种形貌特征的组织进行了确认和显微硬度测试,并对胎块的烧结机理进行了分析.
