The structure has an external carcass (30) mounted on an internal carcass (20) which is closely fixed on an electric cart. A group of coupling units (21, 31) is disposed on an internal side of the external carcass corresponding to positions of coupling units in the internal carcass. A group of engaging units is formed on an external side of the internal carcass for engaging respective holes of receiving units.
