2型糖尿病胰岛素治疗的研究新进展

摘要

Insulin has long been considered the final treatment for type 2 diabetes, and insulin is understood to be an alter-native to the failure of the disease or other drugs, and the latest guidelines suggest that insulin is an early treatment for dia-betes. Since most patients have many concerns about the opening of the insulin, then the development of patients with indi-vidualized needs of insulin will greatly improve the patient's acceptance and compliance.%胰岛素一直以来被认为是治疗2型糖尿病最后的治疗方案，胰岛素的启用被理解为是病情严重恶化或其他药物治疗方案失败后的不得已之选，而最新的指南推荐胰岛素尤其是基础胰岛素作为糖尿病早期的治疗方案，且越来越多的研究表明胰岛素在糖尿病治疗中具有其它降糖药无法替代的作用。由于多数患者对启用胰岛素有诸多顾虑，那么研发符合患者个体化需求的胰岛素将大大提高患者对该类药物的接受度和依从性。
