糖尿病合并肺结核患者围手术期护理分析

ObjectiveTo investigate the method and the effect of perioperative nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 80 patients of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, observation group were given the comprehensive quality of perioperative care.Results the group with normal blood glucose and urine glucose was higher than that of the control group, infection complication rate lower than that of the control group, recovery faster than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion high-quality comprehensive perioperative nursing helps to improve diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis combined therapeutic effect .%目的：探讨糖尿病合并肺结核患者围术期护理方式与效果。方法选取我院2012年6月~2014年6月在我院接受手术治疗的80例糖尿病合并肺结核患者,随机平均分为观察组与对照组各40例,均予以同等手术方式治疗,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以全面优质围术期护理,对比2组临床效果。结果观察组尿糖阴性率100%、血糖正常率97.5%,未见切口感染、酮症酸中毒及高渗性昏迷,平均康复时间为(74.0±4.7)d,本组血糖和尿糖正常率高于对照组、感染并发症发生率低于对照组、康复速度快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质全面的围术期护理服务有助于改善糖尿病合并肺结核综合疗效及预后,利于术后康复。
