目的：观察和分析规范医院糖尿病足换药室的医院感染的安全管理，建立防控措施。方法通过目标性监测方法，对该院糖尿病足换药室医院感染管理与防控措施进行监测与评价。结果该院糖尿病足换药室工作人员对糖尿病足相关知识掌握率为71.88%，手卫生措施执行率为78.13%，消毒隔离措施合格率为75.0%，无菌操作合格率为71.88%。经过实施严格的安全管理措施之后，上述各项合格率依次提高93.75%、96.88%、96.88%和96.88%。结论糖尿病足换药室医院感染防控措施主要环节是工作人员手卫生，消毒隔离和无菌操作必须贯彻到位。%Objective To observe and analyze standardized hospital diabetic foot the safety of the dressing room of the hos-pital infection management, to establish prevention and control measures. Results The diabetic foot in our dressing room staff on diabetic foot related knowledge at a rate of 71.88%, hand hygiene measures are enforced is 78.13%, disinfection isolation measures percent of pass is 75.0%, aseptic operation percent of pass is 71.88%. After the implementation of strict safety management measures, all qualified rate in-creased by 93.75%, 96.88%, 96.88% and 96.88% in turn. Conclusion Diabetic foot dressing room hospital infection pre-vention and control measures is the main link staff hand hygiene, disinfection and aseptic operation must implement in place.
