上海市某社区2型糖尿病患者血糖自我管理水平的现况调查

摘要

目的：了解上海市某社区2型糖尿病就诊患者的血糖控制情况以及自我管理水平，以期为今后开展社区2型糖尿病管理工作提供科学依据。方法采用便利抽样法，选取上海市豫园街道社区卫生服务中心确诊的2型糖尿病患者186例为研究对象，采用一般情况调查表、糖尿病知识测试问卷(DKT)、2型糖尿病自我管理行为量表(2-DSCS)、2型糖尿病相关控制指标对其进行调查。结果糖尿病知识得分为(43.17±12.35)分，糖尿病自我管理行为得分为(60.85±9.76)分，血糖控制达标率尚不理想。结论社区2型糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识得分较低，糖尿病自我管理水平处于中等水平，迫切需要构建社区糖尿病团队式管理模式，实现糖尿病的系统化、规范化、正规化管理。%Objective To know condition of glucose control and self-mangement l-evel for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in some community health service center. Methods Using the convenience sampling method, selecting 186 patients with type 2 dia-betes mellitus in Huangpu District Shanghai Yuyuan garden street, using general sit-uation questionnaire, dia-betes knowledge test (DKT), a questionnaire of type 2 diabet-es self-care activities scale (2-DSCS),and the relevant control indicators. Results Di-abetes knowledge score was (43.17± 12.35), diabetes self-care activities score (60.85±9.76),poor glu-cose control. Conclution Type 2 diabetes diabetes knowledge score is lo-w inCommunity, diabetes self-care level in the medium level, needing to build com-munity diabetes team management mode, to realize the systematization, standardizati-on and regularization of diabetes management.
