目的：针对老年高血压合并2型糖尿病肾病，使用缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片治疗之后的效果进行研究。方法选择2013年4月-2014年9月该院收治的老年高血压合并2型糖尿病肾病患者70例，采用电脑随机分组的方式，将此次该院收治的70例老年高血压合并2型糖尿病肾病患者列为此次研究对象，其中常规组35例老年高血压合并2型糖尿病肾病患者给予硝苯地平控释片治疗；研究组35例老年高血压合并2型糖尿病肾病患者给予缬沙坦与硝苯地平控释片联合治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后不良反应、肾功能、UAER(24 h尿微量清蛋白排泄率)、血压等各项指标。结果两组患者治疗前后UAER、DBP(舒张压)、SBP(收缩压)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；SCr、BUN、血K+含量治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组患者治疗后UAER、DBP(舒张压)、SBP(收缩压)情况均比常规组更低(P<0.05)，研究组不良反应(11.42%)显著低于常规组(34.29%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦结合硝苯地平控释片治疗老年高血压合并2型糖尿病肾病患者，具有显著的疗效，且患者满意度较高，值得进一步应用推广。%Objective Study on elderly hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and the effect of valsartan treatment of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets. Methods In elderly hypertension admitted to our hospital with 70 pa-tients with 2 type diabetic nephropathy, were randomly divided into routine group and study group, 35 cases in each group, which in routine group were treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment, patients in the study group were given valsartan and nifedipine controlled release tablets combined treatment. UAER, renal function and adverse reac-tions before and after treatment were compared between two groups(24h urinary albumin excretion rate, blood pressure). Results Has statistical significance(P<0.05) in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with UAER, SBP, DBP, SCR, bun, serum K+content before and after treatment no significant difference (P>0.05);after treatment, the patients in the study group UAER, SBP, DBP situation were than routine group were lower(P<0.05), the group of adverse drug reactions (11.42%) was significantly lower than that of routine group (34.29%), which was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients, and has remarkable curative effect and high patient satisfaction, it is worth fur-ther promotion and application.
