硫辛酸注射液对2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床疗效及血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘要

Objective To study the thioctic acid injection for the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction clinical curative effect on serum inflammatory factor, interleukin 6 (IL 6) and soluble intercellular adhe-sion factor 1 (sICAM 1) expression. Methods Selection of type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction patients were di-vided into control group and treatment group, control group routine treatment, the treatment group on the basis of conven-tional treatment combined with thioctic acid injection. Results After treatment the treatment group patients with efficient and life activities ability score, neural function defect scale data compared with control group, difference have statistical dif-ference(P<0.05). Conclusion Lipoic acid injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction, im-prove nerve function, may be related to inhibiting inflammatory factor expression.%目的：研究硫辛酸注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床疗效及其对血清炎性因子白细胞介素6﹙IL-6)及可溶性细胞间粘附因子-1﹙sICAM-1)表达的影响。方法选取2013年3月—2016年3月该院收治2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者分为对照组和治疗组，对照组进行常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用硫辛酸注射液。结果治疗后治疗组有效率、患者生活活动能力评分，神经功能缺损评分各项数据与对照组比较，差异有统计学差异﹙P＜0.05)。结论硫辛酸注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者效果显著，改善患者神经功能，可能与抑制炎性因子表达有关。
