论文通过对高速动车组列车侧墙焊接工装改造前后实际效果进行对比分析,根据高铁焊接工装的焊接要求,对现有工装进行改造.经改造后换型效率显著提升,解决了现有工装换型慢,效率低,精度低的问题.论证了自动化系统在运行效率的重大优势,对运行管理的重要作用,提出了智能化是自控系统发展方向的观点.%The article compares and analyzes the actual effects before and after the high-speed train train side wall welding fixture reconstruction, according to the welding requirements of high-speed rail welding tool, the existing tooling will be transformed. After the transformation, the conversion efficiency is significantly improved, which solves the problems of slow change of the current tooling, low efficiency, and low accuracy. Demonstrated the major advantages of the automation system in the operational efficiency, the important role of the operation and management, put forward the view that the intelligentization is the development direction of the automatic control system.
