基于压力监测的汽车起重机平衡防倾翻系统研究

         

摘要

为了实现汽车起重机工作过程中各支撑点的实时监测,防止起吊负载过大导致汽车起重机倾翻,研究开发了一种基于压力监测的汽车起重机平衡防倾翻系统,通过在汽车起重机与地面接触的四个支撑点处安装压力传感器,实时监测汽车起重机起吊过程中各支撑点的压力变化情况,采用无线传输模块将压力信号实时传输给无线采集终端,无线采集终端与数据分析处理系统连接,对各个压力传感器的数据进行模数转换,并计算受力差值,根据受力差值的变化实时分析载荷特征,实现超限实时预警并停止起吊,该系统为保证汽车起重机的安全稳定作业提供了一种重要技术手段.%In order to realize the real-time monitoring of each supporting point of automobile crane working process, prevent the lifting load is too large to cause the car crane tipping, research and development of a balanced pressure monitoring based on automobile crane rollover protection system, by pressure sensors installed in the four supporting points of auto crane and ground contact pressure changes.
