Consider the ship that adopt the Fin/Flap Fin multi-control surfaces allocation, there are many different Fin/Flap-Fin angles combination for one roll lifting moment, in order to improve the lifting moment and reduce driving energy consumption, the modified driving energy equation has been established. Also a modified simulated annealing particle swarm optimization (MSA-PSO) intelligent allocation algorithm is adopted to improve the global optimization and local search capability. The simulation result shows that the proposed MSA-PSO intelligent allocation strategy can effectively achieve better anti-roll control performance and much less energy consumption. Therefore this research has theory research meaning and engineering application value.
