湖南承接沿海地区产业转移的思考

摘要

分析了湖南承接沿海地区劳动密集型产业转移的有利条件和存在的问题。虽然湖南在承接产业转移方面存在着政策、区位、低成本、资源等方面的优势,但仍然存在规模偏小、分布不均、开放度低、产业配套能力不高,高素质人才短缺、物流成本相对偏高等方面的问题。针对这些问题,从观念、机制、体制等方面提出了一些建议。;The advantages and problems in carrying on the transfer of labor-intensive industry from developed eastern regions by Hunan provincewere analyzed.Although the Hunan Province in undertaking the transfer of the existence of industrial policy,location,cost,resources,and other areas,it still had problems such as small-scale,are unevenly distributed,with low degree of openness,industrial supporting capacity is not high,high-quality talent shortages,relatively high cost of logistics.Some suggestionswere put forward fromaspects such as concept,mechanismand system for these problems.
