Research on the Cultivation of Students' Practical Ability in School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

In 2019, the State Council issued the implementation plan of vocational education reform. The plan emphasizes to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education and promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises by promoting the integration of production and education and "dual" education between schools and enterprises. There are some deficiencies in practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, especially the standards and working environment on the spot. The main purpose of school-enterprise cooperation is to cultivate students practical ability based on the advantages of enterprises. However, in school-enterprise cooperation, schools should not give up their dominant position, even in practical teaching.
