高校设计专业“课外创新学习组织”建设方法探析--以湖南大学及湖南工业大学有效尝试为例

     

摘要

This paper states the significance and methods of constructing "Extra-curricular Organization of Innovation Learning" based on“Knowledge crossing" and "Colaborative Innovation".The paper suggests a method of constructing、guiding and assessing Extra-curricular Organization of Innovation Learning which is bottom-up、less conflicting、student-leading and knowledge-crossing. The paper has an obvious effect on students in increasing their interest in study、broadening their knowledge and improving their professional confidence as wel as employment competitive power. The paper also has a great reality-oriented meaning in terms of constructing and implementing "informal" discipline crossing and avoiding resource gambling.%文章基于“知识交叉”和“协同创新”探析高校设计专业“课外创新学习组织”的建设意义及方法。提出一种自下而上的、低冲突的、学生主导的、知识交叉的课外创新学习组织建设引导及评估方法。对学生提升学习兴趣、拓展知识维度、提高专业自信与就业竞争力等有明显效果,对于构建“非建制式”学科交叉组织的落地实施、避免资源博弈等方面有极强的现实意义。
