运行期混凝土拱坝结构安全性评价方法研究

摘要

大坝结构安全性评价是水电站大坝安全定期检查的重要内容之一。电力行业目前尚无明确的运行期混凝土拱坝结构安全性评价方法和评价标准。在回顾总结国内外拱坝失事、损坏情况和近20多年水电站大坝安全定期检查经验的基础上，系统分析了运行期拱坝结构安全性评价的特点，总结了国内外拱坝安全性评价技术现状，研究提出了运行期混凝土拱坝结构安全性评价的实用方法、评价标准和评价时应注意的问题。%By review of the failures and damages at the arch dams, combined with the experience of peri⁃odical inspection, the paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of the structural safety assessment and summarizes the updated assessment technology. Further, the paper presents the applicable method, as⁃sessment standards and the issues calling for attention in the structural safety assessment of arch dams, for reference.
