面对面教师培训三重境界的适用情境与实现途径

     

摘要

Training is one of the important approaches for teachers professional development. However, at present, training maybe sometimes a burden for teachers, which is due to the system, training design and implementation. From the perspective of promoting the effectiveness of! the face- to-face teacher training, this article mainly discusses three stages: the first stage, assuring quality of lecture-style training by paying attention to all details; the secondary stage, conducting leture-style training associated with infiltration of some participatory training elements; the third stage, creating real participatory training from its main links such as course development and implementation, etc..%培训是教师专业发展的重要途径之一,但就目前而言,培训有时会成为教师的负担,除了体制问题外,培训本身的设计、实施值得反思。从提升面对面教师培训的成效角度出发,我们认为面对面培训的三重境界及相应的优化策略是:从细节入手保证“拼盘式培训”的品质;在拼盘式培训中渗透参与式培训的元素;从课程建设、实施过程等主要环节入手打造真正的参与式培训。
