中学政治课学业质量评价标准研制的三个关键问题

         

摘要

中学政治课“学业质量评价标准”的研制十分复杂,有三个关键问题需要加以认真思考和科学解决,一是学习目标的科学分类——必须对“三维目标”的学科内涵和体系科学界定;二是标准框架的合理建构——创编满足教师教学实践需要的学教评三位一体的合理结构;三是“三导”作用的有效发挥——要在课程实施中能够发挥导教、导学、导评的作用,切实减轻学生的学业负担,促进学科教学实施素质教育。%The process of designing the standards for students' achievement evaluation of New- Curriculum-based middle school politics is very sophisticated, among which there are three key issues that need to be carefully considered and dealt with. First, there should be a scientific classification of learning objectives, of which the subject connotation and the system of three-dimensional objectives are defined properly. Second, there should be a reasonably formulated framework of the standards, which integrate learning, teaching and assessment and can meet the need of teachers'teaching practice. Third, the "three guiding" functions of the standard, namely, to guide teaching, to guide learning and to guide assessment should be brought into full play when implementing the new curriculum, thus reducing students' workload and realize quality-oriented education.
