农村教师队伍结构的失衡问题与优化策略

         

摘要

当下农村教师队伍老化和断层现象严重,学历和职称偏低,学科结构和知识结构失衡,这很难达到《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010--2020年)》中对高素质教师队伍的要求。因此,要建立农村教师长效补充机制和弹性退出机制,加大农村学校人事制度改革力度,深化师范院校课程改革,加强农村教师的培训工作,从而优化农村教师结构,提升农村教师队伍的整体素质。%At present there appears serious problems in rural teachers , such as the older age, low efficiency, lower degree and academic title, imbalance of subject structure and knowledge structure, which can nol meet the high requirement for teachers of National Mediuzn and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan. Therefore, we should stablish the long effective replenshing sysytem and effective seceding system for rural teachers, reinforce the personnel system reform for rural teachers, deepen the curriculum reform in normal universities and colleges, strengthen the training work for rural teachers so as to optimize the structure of rural teachers and improve the whole quality of rural teachers.
