有效教学几种形态的动力问题探讨

     

摘要

教学协作、教学交往与教学竞争是有效教学的几种形态,它们具有不同的教学动力。教学协作产生向心力,确保有效教学顺利进行,产生启智力,确保教学根本任务的完成;教学交往产生教学观念转变力,这是有效教学的思想前提,产生推动教学范式转型力与感染力、带动力,从而提高教学有效性;教学竞争产生压力、表现力和张力,形成更加合理的教学系统。%Effective teaching is demonstrated in the form of collaboration, communication and interaction as well as competition in teaching and learning process, which are activated by divergent driving force. Collaboration in classroom can help produce and accumulate teaching and learning cohesion, which can guarantee the smooth undergoing of teaching and learning. Communication and interaction in classroom can help lead to the change of teaching philosophy, which serves as the notional premise of effective teaching. Competition in teaching can produce necessary pressure leading to a good classroom performance, which makes more smooth and effective teaching mechanism and system.
