The safety integrity level (SIL)assessment technology for heating furnace’s safety interlocking sys-tem was developed to analyze both necessity and sufficiency of the safety interlocking system for typical heating furnaces in the petrochemical plant.Through evaluating safety interlocking functions(SIF)of five sets of typi-cal heating furnaces,the reasons of the safety interlocking system’s lack of security and high rate of nuisance trip were analyzed,and the suggestions on improving the furnace’s interlocking system were presented.%开发了加热炉联锁系统安全完整性等级评估技术,运用该技术分析了典型石化装置加热炉联锁系统的充分必要性,对5台典型石化装置加热炉的安全联锁功能进行了安全完整性评估,研究了造成加热炉联锁系统安全不足和误跳车过高的原因,归纳总结了加热炉联锁系统中存在的典型问题并给出了相应的改进建议。
