To provide a safety integrity determination program, a safety integrity determination method and a safety integrity determination device for detecting a worker with high work risk.SOLUTION: A safety integrity determination device 10 acquires a piece of history information including a piece of positional information of a safety belt 1 and a piece of an attachment information in the positional information from a safety belt 1. The safety belt 1 has a transmission function to transmit the attachment information representing whether the safety belt is attached to a support provided at the work site and the attachment information representing whether a worker has attached the safety belt and the safety belt is attached to the work site. The safety integrity determination device 10 determines the length of time when the safety belt 1 is not attached from the history information. The safety integrity determination device 10 is configured to determine the safety integrity of the worker on the basis of a reference value which allows a state that the safety belt 1 is not attached at the work site and the length of the time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
