Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of crown lengthening to improve the aesthetic effect of anterior teeth restoration. Methods 80 patients with anterior teeth restoration admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were treated with crown lengthening technique to compare the aesthetic effects before and after treatment. Results After investigation, 72 cases in this study met the CLASS Ⅱ standard of Kay's tooth aesthetics classification and could reach the CLASS Ⅱ～Ⅰ cosmetic standard after surgery. The aesthetic effect of anterior teeth after restoration was satisfactory. Conclusion In the process of restoration of anterior teeth, crown lengthening can improve the beauty, achieve the purpose of accurate restoration design, promote the refinement of operation, and improve the beauty effect under the condition of oral health care.%目的 评价牙冠延长术改善前牙修复美观效果的临床效果.方法选取2016年10月—2017年10月医院收治的前牙修复患者80例作为研究对象.所有患者均采用牙冠延长术法治疗,对比治疗前后患者的美观效果.结果 经过调查本次研究中,72例符合KAY牙齿美学分类的CLASSⅡ的标准,并且在手术之后可以达到CLASSⅡ～Ⅰ的化妆标准.在修复之后前牙美观效果较为满意.结论 在前牙修复的过程中,采用牙延长术,能够提升美观度,实现准确修复设计的目的,促进手术操作的精细化,在口腔卫生保健的情况下,提升美观效果.
