浅谈小儿感染科进修医生临床带教体会

摘要

The common problems for pediatric medical practitioners in department of infection disease include fear, weak foundation and low enthusiasm of learning. The key points of teaching and its results include: the entrance education was highlighted, the refreshers were familiar with the basic theories, the severity of illness and medical error was eliminated, method of doctor-patient communication was reformed and medical disputes were reduced.%小儿感染进修医生教学中存在进修医生心存畏惧、专业基础知识缺乏、学习积极性不高等问题.采用强化入科教育,尽快掌握传染病相关基础知识,熟悉患儿病情,消除了医疗差错;加强医患沟通,减少了医患纠纷.
