关于我国乡村医生眼科培训的探索和思考

摘要

目的：我国农村人口仍占一半以上，现有的培训体系深度和广度还不够，远不能满足广大乡村医生的需求，尤其是艾滋病重灾区的省份和地区，有大量由艾滋病导致眼部疾病的患者，为了保护艾滋病患者的视力，村医眼科培训显得尤为重要和迫切。基于现状，为了提高我国乡村医生眼科的医疗水平，更好地为广大农民提供医疗服务，保护我国农民的生命与健康，促进社会主义新农村建设。对我国乡村医生眼科培训做了一些探索和思考，并提出一些相应的思路。%Rural population in China still accounts for over half of the total population, but the width and depth of the existing training system is far from enough to satisfy the needs of the vast rural doctors, especially those in the AIDS hard-hit provinces and regions where there are a large amount of eye-disease patients caused by AIDS. In order to protect the vision of AIDS patients, ophthalmic training of village doctors seems particularly important and urgent. To improve the ophthalmic medical level of our country's village doctors so as to better provide medical services for the vast farmers, protect their life and health , and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside, some exploration and thinking are made on village doctors' ophthalmic medical training based on the status quo and some corresponding ideas are put forward.
