探讨重度颅脑外伤的常见并发症及治疗方法

摘要

目的：分析重度颅脑外伤的常见并发症及治疗方法。方法回顾分析我院收治的66例重度颅脑外伤患者临床资料，总结常见并发症及针对性治疗措施。结果重症颅脑损伤患者常见的并发症有发热、呼吸窘迫综合征、外伤性癫痫、消化道出血以及急性肾功能衰竭等。本组66例患者最终痊愈的有31例、好转的有33例、另有2例患者死亡。结论重症颅脑外伤发生后出现各种并发症的可能性很高，临床中应采取对症治疗措施、改善预后。%Objective To analysis the common complications and treatment methods of severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital clinical data of 66 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma, summarizes the common complications and corresponding treatment measures. Results The common complications of severe craniocerebral injury patients with fever, respiratory distress syndrome, traumatic epilepsy, gastrointestinal bleeding, acute renal failure and so on. 66 patients eventually recovered of 31 cases, improvement in 33 cases, another 2 patients died. Conclusion The possibility of various complications after the occurrence of severe craniocerebral trauma is very high, in the clinical symptomatic treatment measures should be taken, and improve prognosis.
