优秀女子帆船470运动员腰椎间盘突出症特征分析

摘要

调查高水平女子帆船运动员腰椎间盘突出症的流行病学特点。分析损伤的主要机理及其与训练的关系。方法：以20名海南省女子帆船470运动员为对象,其平均训练年限为7年。采用体格检查(直腿抬高试验,Lasegue征,Bragard征,仰卧挺腹试验,屈颈试验等)和腰部CT影像学检查结合的方法诊断、统计本病。结果：本组运动员中,18人患腰椎间盘突出症,患病率为90%。结论：以压舷、拉帆、转向为主要技术动作的帆船470运动员腰椎间盘突出患病率高,应引起重视。%s:Purpose: to investigate the epidemic character of elite woman sailboat 470 athletes’ Lumbar disc herniation, and furthermore, to explore the relations of the pathology and training. Method: 20 athletes from Hainan province with 7-years-training on average were recruited. Fitness screen (straight leg raising test, Lasegue levy, Bragard sign, sit belly test, flexion tests, etc.) and waist CT imaging were combined to detect the disease. Result: 18 athletes were with the disease, reaching the mobility rate of 90%. Conclusion: the disease needs to be emphasized in athletes with major techniques like pressing side, pulling the sails and steering.
