By means of literature study, information technology and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a comparison and analysis of game video of Yelena Isinbayeva, who break a world record in 2008 Beijing Olympic Game, and of Chinese first two finishers of women pole vaulters in 2010 Asian Game. Research shows that there are still a certain distance comparing Yelena Isinbayeva with Chinese elite women pole vaulters, which shows that the speed of the last four steps with pole run-up to jump of Chinese first two finishers of women pole vaulters loser more when comparing with Yelena Isinbayeva. Moreover, it shows that with pole run-up and rhythm of Chinese elite women pole vaulters still need to improve, and there is different in pole thrust technique among them. Finally, there are shortcomings in time distribution of pendulum mass and swing and in the ability development of twist technique. Conclusion: l)enhance the speed ability of the last four steps with pole run-up to jump;2) improve pole thrust technique, shorten the interval of time between pole thrust and jump.3)increase strength training of shoulder and hip flexion muscle mass.
